Matt Whipple is a registered patent attorney. His specific areas of practice include chemical compositions and processes, semiconductor device fabrication, nanotechnology, advanced materials, pharmaceuticals, and other related technologies. Matt has represented a variety of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, in both procuring and defending intellectual property. Prior to joining the firm, Matt practiced with two law firms based in Washington, D.C. Matt also worked as a patent examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, where he examined patent applications in the field of semiconductor fabrication and trained other examiners.
