In less than two years, Zarian, Midgley & Johnson, PLLC has grown to become Idaho’s largest intellectual property law firm—with nine lawyers (including five registered patent attorneys), a registered patent agent and two paralegals. The firm concentrates its practice on intellectual property matters and complex litigation, including patent litigation, patent preparation and prosecution, and intellectual property strategic counseling.
