  • Defended various insurance companies in complex environmental litigation, against claims seeking more than $3 billion dollars, in connection with extensive soil and groundwater contamination at a large pesticide manufacturing facility in Colorado.
  • Defended an insurance company in complex environmental litigation, against damage claims in excess of five hundred million dollars, involving soil and groundwater contamination at an aircraft manufacturing facility in California.
  • Defended an insurance company in complex environmental litigation, against damage claims in excess of $400 million dollars, in connection with contamination of a chemical facility site located in Northern California.
  • Defended an insurance company in environmental litigation, against damage claims in excess of $10 million dollars, regarding complex environmental conditions and contamination at a cement manufacturing facility in Southern California.
  • Defended certain insurance companies in complex environmental litigation, involving multi-billion dollar damages claims, arising from soil and groundwater contamination at thousands of petroleum and chemical facilities throughout the U.S., Canada, and the Virgin Islands.
