Experience

Don Dalton is an experienced trial lawyer and a former shareholder in the law firm of Van Cott, Bagley, Cornwall & McCarthy, PC. He has tried dozens of jury and non-jury cases to verdict and judgment, and has handled dozens of appeals in both state and federal court. His areas of expertise include complex litigation, business and commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, insurance coverage, and employment and products liability litigation. He is a trained arbitrator and a member of the American Arbitration Association’s National Panel of Arbitrators.
