- Obtained a recovery, through partial settlements and post-judgment proceedings, on behalf of investors in an Internet gambling company that misrepresented the intellectual property rights retained by the company issuing shares of stock.
- Obtained multiple settlements on behalf of investors asserting securities fraud and related claims against a water distribution company, brokers and affiliated entities.
- Secured a voluntary dismissal, after filing a special motion to strike, in favor of a major private university sued for unfair competition in a class action relating to the assessment of fees for late payment of tuition.
